WHAT TO EXPECT
As a Data Architect within the HR Data and Digital team, the role will focus on data design, architecture and master data management for People and Organisation data sets and processes across Jaguar Land Rover globally. In the role, you will aid the delivery of a range of People and Organisation projects requiring Data Architecture services. Reviewing and documenting the existing data architecture design for all People and Organisation master data sets.
You will be responsible for ensuring that effective use and management of people and organisation data is at the heart of the digital solution design. As well as understanding and classifying data in a consistent way across the organisation so it can be used in any part of the enterprise no matter where it is authored.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
The successful candidate will have a customer first mindset, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and believed. A successful HR Data Architect will be able to take data through a journey of multiple applications and problem solve where necessary.
