This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Manager on Duty, the successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Front Desk. Such duties include, but are not limited to, checking in / checking out guests, balancing cash/reports, processing reservations and handling all guest inquires.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will require a sound knowledge of computers, preferably in a hotel setting. Personal skills such as keyboarding, telephone/switchboard use, and a positive disposition are essential. The successful candidate must be able to respond well under pressure. Prior experience in a hotel environment as it pertains to Front Desk duties would be a definite asset. Overnight shifts as required
