Your Qualifications: 

• Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager within a substantial construction company, overseeing complex projects from start to finish.
• Must have strong experience in delivering Structures and can work autonomously in getting a project quickly out of the ground. 
• Expertise in coordinating and supervising site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
• A passion for quality craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Solid knowledge of Construction Processes, Workplace Health & Safety, and National Construction Codes.
