Position Summary:

Join our dynamic team and be a key player in the strategy and growth of our Bath division. As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape the company’s future by interacting with and supporting our network of dealers. This role involves active participation in planning and implementing sales systems, as well as contributing to the success of product and program launches.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Personally visit and remotely support dealers within the assigned territory. ( Multi State – Mid west region)
• Provide training to dealer sales reps, emphasizing both sales processes and product knowledge.
• Drive sales growth using sales history data and key performance indicators.
• Act as the voice of the customer, conveying positive and constructive feedback to the organization.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and industry trends.
• Keep management informed through activity and result s and analysis.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and collaborating with other teams to develop effective solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, serving as a bridge between them and the organization.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results and supporting colleagues as needed.
• Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluation results and competitive developments.

Requirements

• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including customer service, meeting sales goals, prospecting, and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Persuasive and influential communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (at least novice to intermediate experience).
• Willing to travel for 75% of a month
