The Opportunity
This is a new position created to meet the talent acquisition needs of one of the world’s largest and most ambitious projects. This iconic giga project gives us a unique chance to be part of the transformation of a country, creating a better future for nationals, residents and tourists.
Based in our London office, you will work closely with project leadership and internal resourcing to understand the project people plan, identify gaps that require external recruitment, and lead the attraction and engagement of experienced major projects professionals into the London based team.
Ideally you already have experience of major project ramp ups and the challenges involved, and you are familiar with the recruitment senior professionals into the following types of positions:
Previous experience recruiting into Middle East based projects is not mandatory but would be advantageous, so please highlight this in your application.

This is a 12-month contract position with potential to transition to permanent staff as the recruitment needs of the project slow down.
