The Global Future Talent Lead has a key role in not only delivering operational support to our ANZ People & Places Solutions (P&PS) business but also leads and contributes to the strategy, development and roll out of multiple initiatives across the wider APME region. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across APME Early Careers includes but is not limited to Junior, Graduate, Cadet and Internship roles.

This role will provide support to our Early Career Partners across Asia, Middle East and India. The GFT Lead will help create, drive and embed new initiatives that accelerate our early career hiring ensuring we have a competitive and best-in-class early career recruitment program. This role acts as the focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matters in respective area and/or region for Global Future Talent.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in managing high volume recruitment processes and have sound knowledge and skills in behavioural interview questioning
• An understanding of developing innovative engagement and/or sourcing strategies is essential
• Ability to create, drive and roll-out early career recruitment focused initiatives. You need to be highly collaborative and have a good eye for detail
• You will be able to demonstrate a good ability to manage multiple tasks whilst building strong relationships within the team and across the business
• Early Career recruitment experience is highly preferred but not essential
• You will create robust campaigns to promote Jacobs as an employer of choice to diverse early career talent
• You will partner with the business to roll out innovative university engagement initiatives
• You will work with and coach hiring managers and teams in the early career recruitment process and best recruitment practices
• You will bring your recruitment knowledge, your enthusiasm and your strong collaboration skills, and let’s see the impact we can make, together
