The Global Future Talent Lead has a key role in not only delivering operational support to our ANZ People & Places Solutions (P&PS) business but also leads and contributes to the strategy, development and roll out of multiple initiatives across the wider APME region. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients across APME Early Careers includes but is not limited to Junior, Graduate, Cadet and Internship roles.
This role will provide support to our Early Career Partners across Asia, Middle East and India. The GFT Lead will help create, drive and embed new initiatives that accelerate our early career hiring ensuring we have a competitive and best-in-class early career recruitment program. This role acts as the focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matters in respective area and/or region for Global Future Talent.
