We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Intern to join our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane team this summer. Working closely with both our Human Resources (HR) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, you’ll help us deliver generalist HR and TA consulting services to Jacobs’ ANZ business. You’ll gain exposure to a range of tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, policy/procedure, employee relations, compensation & benefits and learning and development – and we’ll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you’re set up for success.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Ideally, you’re in your penultimate year at university studying an HR-related degree (e.g. Business, Psychology, Human Resources). This is a unique role that requires applicants hold Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency. Bring your curiosity, collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, and we’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfil what drives you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
