The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for the process of attracting and matching candidates to temporary or permanent positions across the JDE Australia and New Zealand businesses and Campos.

This role will also be responsible for building professional relationships (both internal as external), leading and improving the selection process, managing advertisements, social media and events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the recruitment process and team to ensure the job positions are filled within the defined lead times and budget.
• Provide expert knowledge to local management regarding resourcing strategies.
• Responsible for the recruitment budget and ensure that all costs are within budget.
• Select and evaluate suppliers and negotiate the most optimal service level agreements.
• Build partnerships with preferred suppliers.
• Optimize the recruitment process to optimize lead times.
• Support in recruiting candidates if necessary and coach the recruitment team.
• Develop staffing and recruiting plans in collaboration with the wider HR team and functional managers.
• Liaise with hiring managers and interviews teams to define job requirements, expectations and appropriate assessment criteria.
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews and test and create candidate shortlists
• In collaboration with the HR Services Specialist, be the key user for the e-recruitment system
• Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams and to implement global direction on talent acquisition locally

To be successful in this role, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 5 years proven recruiting experience in an international corporate environment
• Proactivity and be able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
• Good understanding of the job market, industry trends and the ability to adapt quickly when needed
• Results-driven with hands-on mentality
• Ability to work in an environment with a high sense of urgency and flexibility
• Nice to have
• Experience in an FMCG environment preferred but not essential
