Salary: up to £30 000k (DOE) + commission
Hours: Flexible hours and working arrangements considered

You will be working in a team of Property Managers, each of you assigned a portfolio of properties to look after as if they were your own; nurturing them to ensure the landlord gets the best return on their investment, whilst looking after tenants to make sure they are happy and comfortable in their homes.

• Interested in property legislation.
• In possession of a UK driving licence

What does the job entail:

• Processing tenancy paperwork, drawing up contracts and other legal documents
• Keeping accurate property records
• Ensuring our properties and landlords are compliant with legislation
• Coordinating repairs and property improvements
• Liaising with third party companies
• Conducting inspections and property visits
• Preparing properties for the tenancy change over
• Dealing with enquiries from landlords and tenants
• Building lasting relationships and attending client meetings
