We have two newly created opportunities available in our People Operations team on a part-time basis.
Senior People Operations Advisor
This position is a true business partnering role where you will partner with practice groups and business support services to provide invaluable advice and guidance to Practice Group Leaders, Partners and Managers. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle and ensure a positive experience for our Jackson McDonald employees.
To truly succeed you will have experience working as a HR practitioner at an advisory level and a tertiary qualification in HR or a related discipline.
Additional requirements include:
Experience working within a Partnership or professional services environment will be highly regarded.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
This position is a new addition to the team undertaking end-to-end recruitment and focusing on our recruitment and graduate recruitment programs.

This is the perfect role for an in-house experienced end-to-end recruiter with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
