We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payables Manager that can provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will work alongside the owner, managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Salary depends on skills and experience. Jack-it offers PTO, vacation pay, employee discounts and casual dress. Only local candidates will be considered.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Track petty cash

· Filing

· Setting up meetings

· Keeping office supplies stocked

· Sending out customer statements

· Accounts payables

· Accounts Receivables

· Tasks related to payroll taxes, etc.

· Balancing GL Accounts

· Budgeting

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting

· Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook

· Must be self-regulating, possess both reliability and consistency, be able to learn and problem solve well, and have great organizational skills.

· Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

· Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and internal departments

· Experience with accounts payables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
