Scope of Work Overview:
1. Implementing the company’s technical management regulations.
2. Conducting development and performance research related to new materials and processes, ensuring that the performance of all materials used and the products provided to clients meet component quality requirements.
3. Achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement of components through optimization of material combinations and introduction of new materials.

Major Responsibilities:
1. New Material Development and Implementation: Responsible for evaluating and validating the reliability and production process capability of new materials and BOMs in component applications, as well as coordinating with procurement for the development and expansion of new suppliers.
2. Efficiency Improvement and Cost Reduction of Materials: Regularly research and assess the development trends of materials for efficiency improvement and cost reduction, including evaluating the performance and production process capability of cost-effective materials.
3. Exception Handling: Enhance the system for handling material exceptions and conduct technical analysis of material issues during testing, production line usage, and client feedback.
4. Technical Support: Provide technical evaluations for material technology aspects and develop solutions for technical issues.
5. Establishment of Technical Standards: Develop technical standards for new materials and create a list of material testing items.
6. Improvement and Innovation: Responsible for improving and optimizing existing materials or products, preventing and improving production line anomalies, providing rationalization suggestions, continuously optimizing and improving processes, and achieving improvement and innovation targets.
Others: Implement the work instructions from superiors; act as the proxy for the superior’s duties according to the specified hierarchy when they are absent from the position.。
