We are hiring Customer Relations Managers in various offices. Currently, we looking to advance our sales, customer service and business development teams as we staff up to meet expanding business needs All roles have recently been made remote/work from home flexible. Requirements:

• An upbeat, positive attitude
• Willingness to go that extra mile for your team and our customers
• Math/Accounting skills are a plus!
• Must have experience with Microsoft/Excel
• Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus

Essential Functions:

• Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
• Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
• Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
• Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution
• Basic filing and data entry
