Salary Exempt position and salary is negotiable based on experience.

Job Summary:

• The Sales Administrator primary function is to support and improve internal sales processes and efficiency. This role will primarily focus on the clerical tasks and support the sales team with internal functions and documentation. The role will have an in-depth understanding of the current commercial processes and systems to adequately identify areas of improvement. Regular communications of the ongoing sales activities and projects will be ed to the organization. This role will require interpersonal skills to work across finance, manufacturing, engineering, sales and R&D.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide sales support on behalf of Sales Team, for example handling quotations and providing internal project management support.
• Have full understanding of the software platforms used in the sales organization.
• Assist and support the commercial activities in the quotation process.
• Manage and track all quotations and file accordingly
• Accurately maintain the internal and external Customer Relationship Management tools by providing updates and improvements to the system.
• Generate ad hoc s.
• Lead a cooperative and positive style of working with other departments and with partner organizations
• Support the Sales Team in general business development activity where necessary, for example preparing for trade shows, customer trainings, and sales meetings
• Other activities as necessary to support the business success.

Skills Needed to be Successful:

• 5 years business administration and marketing experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous, detail oriented and well organized
• High level of organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick to learn
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate effectively
• Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in completing tasks.
• Highly proficiency in MS Office software and CRM application.
• Flexible and adaptable to continuous change environment
