J Bar H Outfitters LLC Hiring for Guide/Packer at Hamilton, Colorado Full Time

NW Colorado Big Game Hunting Outfitter has a position open for a Guide/Packer.  The position is open immediately and ends in mid-November.  2022 is our 24th year to outfit this area.  We have over 85% return clients. 

Prior to hunting season, the job entails working with and caring of horses and mules, plus getting gear ready for hunting season.  Trail clearing in the Forest and setting camps in the high country.  Our hunting season starts in September and the job will entail guiding hunters, putting loads together and packing hunters in and out of camps plus packing their game out. 

Applicant needs to have a strong work ethic, good horse skills and a good attitude.  Having knowledge of packing as well as leading strings is a must.  We cannot accommodate pets.  Ok to bring your own horse/mule.   Must be a team player.  NON-smoker. Meals are provided and housing in either a cabin or wall tent.  Looking for an honest, ethical person who wants to be part of a great team.
