Your role
We are currently searching for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join Ixom’s broader People & Culture team in an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to permanency. This role will manage end to end recruitment for our commercial businesses, looking to attract and engage top talent to join Ixom’s high performing commercial teams, as well as talent pipelining and ensuring candidate experience is at the forefront of our recruitment.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ, this role will build strong partnership with business leaders and teams across Australia and New Zealand where you will provide expert advice on a range of talent solutions whilst utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire.
