Your role

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join Ixom’s broader People & Culture team in an initial 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to permanency. This role will manage end to end recruitment for our commercial businesses, looking to attract and engage top talent to join Ixom’s high performing commercial teams, as well as talent pipelining and ensuring candidate experience is at the forefront of our recruitment.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager ANZ, this role will build strong partnership with business leaders and teams across Australia and New Zealand where you will provide expert advice on a range of talent solutions whilst utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and senior management to provide strategic, practical and proactive talent solutions
• Deliver expert level coaching and advice within departments to build leadership capability on a range of best fit talent solutions

• Manage recruitment and selection activities including, sourcing, screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques (both active and passive) to attract high quality candidates
• Work to develop deep talent pools and pipelines for critical roles, reducing time to fill and increasing quality of hire
• Utilise a range of mediums to develop and promote the Ixom talent brand
• Undertake in depth marketing mapping providing up to data market insights for Hiring Managers

Your skills & experience

• Tertiary qualified in Human Resources, Business or related field
• Previous experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role, or recruitment agency consultant
• Ideally you have recruited in the commercial space, specialising in Account/ Key Account Managers and Product Managers
• Proven knowledge of proactive sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search and proficiency and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Exceptional candidate management skills with the intent of always striving towards an excellent candidate experience
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels
