Your role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team, partnering with our Manufacturing core function. In this highly visible, key leadership role, you will partner with Operations and be responsible for delivering key insights, opportunities and reporting to support the Manufacturing Executive and Leadership team across Australia and New Zealand. This position requires maturity and confidence to influence and drive functional performance and decision making.

About You

We are looking for someone who holds prior experience in a business partnering role with proven strong stakeholder engagement and management skills. Alongside this you will also be confident in presenting and communicating to wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will be degree qualified in Accounting/Finance, coupled with a CA/CPA with proven expertise in finance roles within a manufacturing or production industry. Ideally you will have experience with SAP and have excellent excel and superior analytical skills.

You will possess exceptional verbal and written communication and relationship building skills as your ability to exert influence across the business will be fundamental to your success. You will also have proven experience with negotiating and challenging complex issues, with the ability to independently identify problems and implement solutions. You will be inquisitive and commercially focused and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with the Manufacturing executive and leadership team to support the development and implementation of key manufacturing strategies
• Partner with leadership team to develop annual corporate plan, budget and forecasts for manufacturing sites
• Preparation of month end commentary and monthly management reporting pack
• Support investment cases (acquisitions, capital projects, new business opportunities) with sound commercial analysis
• Ownership and delivery of Budget, Forecast and Corporate Planning processes
• Accurate monthly reporting to management on a timely basis, providing fact-based insight and commentary of business performance
• Management and reporting of Balance Sheet and cashflow for the Manufacturing core function under matrix structure
• Responsible for full standard costing across the Manufacturing function
