iWork Recruitment Limited Hiring for Learning & Development Administrator at London Full Time

Contract to start on 27-12-21 until 31-03-22 with a possible extension.

MAIN PURPOSE

To provide a comprehensive, customer-focused Learning and Development Service to all Council Departments (including schools) and Members.

To provide support in the administration of the Councils Apprentice and Graduate schemes

To support the Learning and Development Advisor and Head of HR OD & Strategy in the promotion of staff learning and development procedures and practice.

The post holder may be called upon to provide support to other sections within HR. Movement between sections may take place in accordance with professional development and business needs.

Skills

To provide a comprehensive, customer-focused Learning and Development Service to all Council Departments (including schools) and Members

Working knowledge of local authority or public sector terms and conditions of employment and understanding of best practice
