Job Purpose

The Global Recruitment team is responsible for supporting the hiring of our business centre vacancies around the world. We operate a direct sourcing model and require an experienced Recruiter to assist during a busy period to help drive the direct sourcing efforts. The Recruiter will be responsible for proactive sourcing of candidates predominantly across the EMEA region, using advertising channels, CV databases and social media to increase candidate awareness and build pipelines of quality candidates.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced recruiter with knowledge of direct sourcing and candidate screening, who is looking to gain exposure to working in a fast-paced, global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own your vacancies across EMEA and pro-actively source candidates by using various channels and tools and social media channels to achieve company hire targets.
• Screen candidates applications within agreed departmental SLA’s to promote a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure social media campaigns are produced to a high standard, are consistent with and enhance our employer brand.
• Provide support for assessment centres.
• Work as part of the team, share knowledge, feedback and insight with colleagues to help improve capability and awareness.
• Ensure the recruitment system is updated and maintained in a timely manner to ensure recruitment metrics are accurate and robust.
• Input into reporting using our system to support feedback, insight and analysis.
• Support the team with project work.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Experience of direct sourcing channels; CV database, advertising and social media.
• Knowledge gained either in-house, in an agency or RPO environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of hiring within different regions would be helpful but not essential.
• High level of computer literacy along with some knowledge of using ATS systems.
• Confident and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A positive, willing and can-do attitude, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Strong team player.
