Full Job Description

Job details:
  • Complete availability of plant inventory.
  • Input inventory on a tablet or in industry-specific software.
  • Run transplant . Check the quality of transplanted plants.
  • Keep track of inventory of crops as plants move from one greenhouse to a new location.

Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate with owner, co-workers, managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • Computer proficient. Demonstrate basic to intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Basic excel program experience.
  • Experience using spreadsheets.
  • Full-time position to include some weekends as needed.

Preferred:
  • One plus years of experience in Nursery Production.
  • Experience supervising employees.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish. Bilingual in Spanish not required but willing to learn basic Spanish preferred.
