Online AP Course Teacher Job Description

Education

· Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college/university.

Experience

· Have experience in teaching high school AP classes

· Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

· Adaptability, initiative, and flexibility.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.

· Good communication skills (verbal and written).

· Integrity; good judgment and decision-making abilities, problem-solving skills, and organizational and planning skills.

· Reliability and confidentiality.

· Teaching license is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver instructionally sound and engaging lessons to help students learn AP course content and prepare for AP exams

· We need the following AP course teachers:

AP English language

AP English literature

AP world history/US history/European history

AP macroeconomics/microeconomics

AP statistics

AP calculus BC

AP chemistry

AP physics 1, Physics 2, physics C

· Post students’ assignments on our learning management system every week, and mark the students’ homework.

· Complete grade cards and comments at the end of each term.

This job opportunity can be fully remote working. Payment is competitive based on experience and qualification.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 – $80.00 per hour
