Job Responsibilities :

The Talen t Acquisition Manager is responsible for providing implementing strategic direction and management for all recruitment programs and processes for Amazing Care Home Health Services.

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters across multiple states to ensure effective execution of recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans and strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand staffing requirements and establish recruitment goals and objectives .
• Set performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate recruitment efforts, regularly analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives .
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions, to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
• Prepare and present regular s on recruitment metrics and effectiveness to senior management.
• Conduct regular wage analysis and market research to ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain top talent, collaborating with the HR department to maintain salary structures in alignment with industry standards and geographical variations.
• Attends and / or coordinates recruitment functions such as job fairs, career days and / or other events to source qualified candidates.
• Maintains accurate and well-organized documentation in the Organization’s system on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions and other events to source qualified candidates.
• Complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the performance of job functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor’s degree in H uman R esources , Business Administration, or related field preferred .
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in home health or healthcare industry
• Expert knowledge in staffing strategies, sourcing, candidate development, interviewing, selection and hiring practices with the ability to develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Successful track record , creating innovative, progressive approaches to recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies with expert level experience utilizing recruitment platforms and creating and maintaining recruitment campaigns.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience managing a recruitment team, preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, KPIs, and the ability to analyze data to drive recruitment strategies.
• Solid knowledge base of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ability to travel to all organization locations to include regional locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
