Bare Essentials Home Services is a rapidly growing home service company that serves our residential homeowners with all their heating, cooling, and other electrical needs. We’re currently looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Manager to join our team and lead a group of representatives. Whether you have experience leading a team or are looking to kick-start your management team, we offer easy-to-learn in-depth training.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for training, coaching, ing, and assisting their team with all of their needs. This role is demanding, but it also comes with the satisfaction of watching direct s grow and succeed on both a personal and professional level. If you enjoy making a difference and having a positive impact on people’s personal lives, then this role will be very fulfilling.

• Drive results for the team
• Plan weekly and monthly sales goals
• Coach your team on sales skills
• Customer service
• Manage the sales team, including recruiting, coaching, and development.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
