Senior Product Manager

ing to the CTO, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in uplifting our product management process to ensure iVolve continues to deliver leading technology and ongoing customer value.

You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing processes for managing the product roadmap, translating customer needs into actionable insights, and facilitating seamless communication between teams to enable product development.

Your primary objective will be to drive product innovation and ensure our product management processes drive the development of solutions that meet the evolving demands of the mining and quarry industries.

The Role

Product Roadmap

• Baseline the product roadmap in alignment with company goals, customer need and market trends.

• Work with client-facing teams to gather customer feedback to inform the product roadmap.

• Design, develop and implement appropriately scalable processes for ongoing management of the product roadmap, ensuring ownership and accountability is in place.

Customer Centricity

• Contribute to development of processes for managing customer feedback as a central part of product design and development through establishing effective engagement channels with customer-facing teams.

• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Establish and implement processes for liaising with engineering teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee product development.

• Work with testing and release team as well as Customer Success to uplift Release Management processes, including identification and management of impacts for existing customers to facilitate required knowledge uplift.

Knowledge Uplift

• Build comprehensive training and communications programs for distribution partners and internal stakeholders on product features, benefits, and value propositions.

• Lead efforts in creating and maintaining thorough product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and training materials.

Product Performance Analysis

• Analyse data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the technology or mining industry.

• Strong understanding of Fleet Management Solutions (FMS) and Machine Guidance technologies is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering successful product management frameworks and processes.
