IVC Evidensia is Europe’s largest veterinary group. Our Talent team is responsible for supporting recruitment for our veterinary practices across the UK and Ireland. Our large team of Talent Partners recruit Vets and Nurses to ensure the best level of care is provided within the practices. Our Talent Partners are supported by our Talent Support team, who ensure that all advertising, systems, processes and administration supports their recruitment efforts to the highest standards,
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking professional to join our Talent Support Team as a Talent Support Executive. This is a full-time, home-based role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
About the role:
§ Manage all advertising for an allocated geographical area. Ensuring information provided is accurate and fit for purpose
§ Create well-constructed, articulate, and professional adverts that are in line with IVC Evidensia values and employer brand
§ Manage the accurate and timely upload/removal of vacancies on internal systems and job boards
§ Liaise with practices and Talent Partners to ensure a full and clear understanding of advertising requirements
§ Ensure advert approval responses are received within an agreed time period
§ Manage any associated administration/documentation/ projects
§ Work with a range of internal systems and processes effectively and at pace
§ Liaise with agencies, job board providers where required
§ Critically appraise advertising and make recommendations for change
§ Proactively look for system and process improvements
Applicant Requirements
§ Experience in a fast-paced administrative role where attention to detail is critical
§ Can work effectively to deadlines and SLAs with confidence and positivity
§ Ability to work under pressure, juggling multiple demands
§ The confidence to work in partnership with Practice Stakeholders and Talent Partners to ensure vacancies are raised in a timely fashion
§ Commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise workload based on business needs
§ Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative, as well as being highly team orientated
§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
§ High level skill and attention to detail, both written and numerical
§ Positive approach to problem solving
§ Excellent IT and systems knowledge
