• Five years of increasingly responsible recruitment experience.
• Five years of experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Group scheduling software applications including email.
• Recruitment compliance, employment laws, regulations & company policies.
• Full-cycle recruiting, including best practices for outreach efforts, screening, negotiations/closing and candidate relationship management.
• Applicant tracking platforms and data collection methods.
• Interviewing processes and techniques to fairly assess potential for success.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Reducing unconscious bias, cultivating inclusion, and assessing processes for equity.
• Microsoft office suite of products.
• Grammar, punctuation, spelling.
• Time management, including priority setting and resetting.
• Procedures for handling privileged or confidential documents.
• Principles of candidate experince

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 per hour
