Ideal candidates should have : Ability to work well with challenging executives, B2B & B2C customers and vendors Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PPT) Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize well Ability to succeed in a high pressure, deadline driven environment A positive attitude and a willingness to “find a way to get the job done” Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized with constant interruptions Calm under pressure Learned based Service-based attitude Proven ability to succeed Flexible scheduling (available evenings and some weekends) Bilingual is a plus Responsibilities include (but not limited to) : Act as the first point of contact : dealing with correspondence and phone calls Managing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager / executive Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences Administrative tasks : typing, compiling and preparing s, presentations, and correspondence Managing CRM and assist with s Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients Added miscellaneous tasks to support their manager; which will vary
