About the role:

Our Talent team at Itoc are searching for a dedicated individual to join the team and partner with our business leaders and successfully source and attract exceptional talent. The role is core to ensuring we attract the right Talent and you will have the freedom to bring your ideas and thoughts on how we go to the next level and become a dominant presence in the market.

Your day to day will include:

• Perform business critical function within Talent and contributing and improving our recruitment strategy;
• Utilisation of sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses’ current and future workforce needs;
• Play a pivotal role in attracting awesome, talented individuals to join Itoc and ensure they have the best possible experience throughout the recruitment and attraction process;
• A passion in ensuring the business is well supported in their projected growth plans by providing end-to-end recruitment solutions as well as developing sourcing methods to proactively attract and build sustainable talent pools which allow us to be the best in the market at what we do;
• Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practices, assessments and selection techniques;
• Actively engage in technical, behavioural or situational interviewing assessments as well as psychometric testing, reference checks and background checks;
• Providing recruitment metrics for reporting purposes;
• Coordination of interviews with candidates and internal leaders;
• Working closely with the HR Team on onboarding of new hires, strategic recruitment plans, our evolving Employee Value Proposition and various projects;
• Working collaboratively with Marketing, and other stakeholders, develop materials that will enhance and maximise recruiting efforts;
• Continuous improvement of recruitment and selection policies, procedures and processes;
• Brand Ambassador – promoting Itoc as an employer of choice.

About You:

Whilst we are not seeking candidates only with prior IT recruitment experience it is expected you will display exceptionally well crafted communication and presentation skills driven to achieve results ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience.

• Prior recruitment experience – ideally technical roles;
• Ability to prioritise conflicting priorities and working with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure smooth outcomes;
• Demonstrated stakeholder management skills;
• Self-starter with a passion for providing excellent service delivery;
• Desire to change the status-quo;
• Ability to build rapport easily;
• People person – natural born networker;
• Strong administrative, time management and organisational skills;
• Exceptional communication skills with an ability to consult, negotiate and make an impact!
• Highly comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search;
• Attention to detail across Talent tools and functions – ATS (JobAdder)
• Any exposure to recruiting across the AWS Cloud space would be highly regarded.
