The opportunity:

We are on the lookout for our next TA professional that has equal amounts of passion for technology as they do for providing a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience. This isn’t any ordinary TA role, you will be empowered to look at new avenues for sourcing high quality candidates, we like to try new things at Itoc and encourage creativity.

You will be recruiting across technical and non-technical roles including Cloud Engineers, AWS Solutions Architects, PMO and Sales & Marketing. We’re a forward-thinking company so you will be able to source candidates not only in Brisbane and Sydney but across Australia and into Chennai as we adopt a flexible WFH policy.

We use JobAdder as our ATS and you will have access to LI Recruiter, a PSA with agencies, the AWS meetup community in Brisbane as well as strategic partnerships across the country.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Providing a suitable pipeline of candidates through advertising and direct approaches
• Arranging interviews and coffee catch-ups with candidates and internal leaders
• Input into strategic recruitment plan and the evolving EVP
• Promoting Itoc as an employer of choice
• Attending the occasional networking event
• Providing updates on recruitment pipeline to the senior leadership team
• Working with the Itoc India team in expanding our operations
• Supporting hiring managers with interviews when required

About the person:

We hire for culture just as much as we do for craft. You will be a strong rapport builder and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Your number 1 priority will always be our customers (hiring managers and candidates) so your open, honest communication will be key to success.

The following attributes will be beneficial:

• Prior recruitment experience within the IT industry
• Internal TA experience will be desirable but will consider those coming from agency
• Willingness to prioritise the hard calls with honest feedback
• Ability to herd cats ��

• Ability to provide succinct and clear reporting
