The opportunity:

Now our Talent team needs to expand to make sure we are ready for the challenges ahead and ensure we have an engaged and happy team.

We expect you to have a firm foundation and experience in the world of HR and be willing to tackle the following:

• Oversee learning and development pathways.
• Oversee engagement programs and other employee relations work to develop Itoc culture.
• Compensation surveys and reviewing Itoc’s reward framework.
• Update and maintain our internal and external position descriptions.
• Input and assistance into streamlined onboarding program.
• Assisting in recruitment from time to time.
• Workforce planning input.
• Performance management and reporting.
• Administering and maintaining HR systems and processes.
• Work closely with HR partners/ vendors.

About You:

You will be able to work independently and will be encouraged to have initiative to uncover new opportunities or ways of working. Ideally you will have some of the following attributes and skills:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant experience.
• If you have any experience in IntelliHR that is a bonus.
• Autonomous thinker and able to use initiative to solve problems.
• Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders.
• Interest in all aspects of HR.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation, and project management skills.
