Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated ITI Welder to join our team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for candidates with a basic understanding of welding techniques, preferably with some hands-on experience or training.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Welding Tasks**: Perform various welding operations such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding based on project requirements. Ensure the quality and precision of all welds.
2. **Blueprint Interpretation**: Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand welding tasks. Accurately follow provided guidelines to achieve desired results.
3. **Quality Assurance**: Inspect completed welds for defects and report any issues. Use measuring tools to ensure that components meet required standards.
4. **Maintenance of Equipment**: Maintain welding equipment and tools by ensuring they are clean and in good working condition. Report any malfunctions to the supervisor.
5. **Safety Protocols**: Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must have completed their 10th standard education and possess an ITI diploma in welding. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship are essential. Basic mathematical skills and the ability to work in a team are important. Candidates should be willing to learn and adhere strictly to safety guidelines. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for maintaining a productive work environment.
