ITG Hiring for Senior SEO Manager Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SEO Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results and improving search engine rankings through innovative and effective SEO strategies. The SEO Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO plans, conducting keyword research and analysis, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize content and improve website performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s SEO strategy and plan, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Act as client liaison to enterprise-level clients
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-opportunity target keywords and topics
• Work with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to optimize website content and improve website performance
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company’s SEO strategy
• Collaborate with other marketing and communication teams to develop integrated campaigns and content that drive engagement and drive organic traffic
• Monitor and on the effectiveness of SEO efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Must have an extensive understanding of White Hat search engine optimization strategies
• Experience in managing enterprise level SEO campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and improving search engine rankings
• Strong experience in e-commerce, lead gen and B2B
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, as well as experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ing and analytics using Google Analytics, Omniture, and MS Excel
• Experience working in various content management systems environments such as WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Schedule: flexible remote, typically 8:30am – 5:30pm

Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000

Location: Remote only in one of these states – FL, MA, MN. NC. SC. TN. VA and VT.
