ITG Hiring for Senior Recruiter at Tampa, FL Full Time

Seeking a mid to senior-level, agency recruiting specialist.

This is *not* a cold-calling sales position.

We offer a base + commission model. Base depends on experience, and may range from $2,500 to $4,000 per month. Your commission will range from $3,000 to $8,000 per candidate. With a strong work ethic, you can expect to make 70-100K in your first full year. The average total compensation for a first-year hire is around 80K, your second year, 100K+.

• Agency Recruiting experience is required
• Preferrably healthcare recruiting experience
• Associates Degree or better
• Great writing skills
• Self-discipline is needed, there is no micromanagement
• Professional on the phone
• Sales or marketing experience is useful
• Stable Internet connection
• Working computer & cell phone
• 9am-5pm typically, but flexible working hours
• No weekends, an occasional phone call after hours is expected
