To qualify for this role you will ideally have:

• Team Leadership: build and lead teams of engineers and technical leads, focused on building great products
• Experience scaling teams in a SaaS environment
• Technical Vision-Set the technical direction and evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis, in anticipation of increased scale and ever-evolving technology to meet the demands of a growing business.
• Product Leadership: Partner and execute on the roadmap by collaborating with partners in Product and Design
• Coach and nurture: improving technical and interpersonal skills, guiding and developing career growth
• Empower the engineering team to achieve a high level of technical productivity and quality and contribute to broader engineering-wide initiatives
