Description:
Position
The position of the Finance Officer provides high quality, professional and efficient finance and administrative support to the Finance team.
- Processing invoices, staff expenses, reconciliations and payment runs.
- Creating invoices and credit control of customers.
- Banking duties, credit card transactions and reconciliations.
- Assisting with various budget processes.
- Assist with the reporting and monitoring of cash flow and liquidity.
- Assisting with general accounting duties including EOM processes, journals, and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assisting management with ad hoc duties as required.
Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for someone who possesses
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Willing to do both accounting and administrative tasks
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems
A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and working knowledge of the Disability Standards.
