Description:
Position

This position has a broad scope, with key responsibilities including maintaining accurate records of travel, managing the casual payroll submission and reconciliation as well as a range of general accounting duties within the financial team, for example, management of subcontractor invoices and preparation of customer invoicing, etc.

Your responsibilities:
Process Travel bookings, while maintaining accurate records of travel taken

Process approved travel billing to client

Review and process employee travel reimbursements

Assist employee’s with travel requests and processing

Assisting with Accounts Receivable tasks when required.

Assisting with Accounts Payable tasks when required.

Other general administrative duties to support the business operations and team

Skills and Experiences:
We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in either Travel, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• A positive attitude towards people with disabilities and working knowledge of the Disability Standards.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the business
