Located in either Alice Springs or Tennant Creek the Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing effective administration and reception services to the team members, managers and external agencies.

About the Role:
Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide general administration assistance to both the Tennant Creek and Alice Springs Office

General Office duties for the Office in which you are located

Answer and direct telephone and email enquiries

Manage ongoing repairs and maintenance of houses as required

Coordinate new house set-ups including purchasing of furniture, white good etc.

Complete vehicle maintenance condition report for the office

Foster and maintain healthy working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and clients

To be considered for the role you will have:
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication

Computer literacy including Windows based software, internet, emails, and employment services computer programs

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work

Hold current Working with Children or the ability to obtain

Hold a current National Police Check or able to obtain one
