ABOUT THE POSITION

The K12 Educational Partnerships Specialist will lead sales for Lavinia Group, expanding our impact in the K-12 education sector. In partnership with Product and Marketing, you will be the lead “strategist and doer”, pursuing, nurturing, and closing opportunities into sales. Given the greater Learners Edge family of which Lavinia Group is a part, there is a large and impactful collection of products and services to bring to market and offer many solutions for educators.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years working in education or ed-tech K-12 sales to districts and public charter schools with related strong relationships in multiple markets.
• Proven track record of sales success, including for earlier-stage brands, with results achieved in new markets.
• Commercial-savviness balanced with a strong compass for the quality of these products and the educational mission they are designed to accomplish.
• Experience with creating a strategic vision and the resulting hands-on work to execute and make it happen.
• Entrepreneurialism that matches external commercial drive with internal relationship-building, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Exceptionally high
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
