Job Title: IT Project Manager (PLM | GxP)

Location: Sunnyvale, California (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Duration: 12 months plus Contract

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives in a GxP-regulated environment. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of PLM projects (planning execution closure)
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with business, IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, ISO, and validation (CSV) requirements
• Work with Quality & Compliance teams for validation and documentation
• Apply Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project methodologies
• Ensure delivery meets quality, compliance, and business expectations

Mandatory Skills

• Strong IT Project Management experience
• Hands-on experience with PLM implementations
• Good understanding of GxP concepts

Preferred Skills

• PMP / SAFe or equivalent certification
• Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
