As a member of our broader Desktop Support team in Melbourne , you will have responsibility to:

• Provide integral on the ground support and solutions to employees
• Action requests or incidents escalated by the Service Desk;
• Analyse, diagnose and resolve desktop problems for end users;
• Complete new hire set-ups;
• Install new systems
• Ensure hardware stock levels are maintained;
• Revise and contribute to existing knowledge articles;
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships;
• Work closely with our Application Support and TechOps team, escalating when appropriate;
• Setting up and support of audio visual presentation and events.

Note: Travel is must for this role

To stand out from the rest, you should have:

• Tertiary qualification or relevant business/technical qualifications are essential
• Excellent knowledge of desktop and notebook hardware, printers, routers, switches, mobile devices and peripheral accessories
• Experience ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification
• High level technical understanding of:
• Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, 8.1 & 10).
• Microsoft Office Office 2013/2019 and O365
• Microsoft SMS & Active Directory User Manager
• Internet Browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, etc)
• Citrix
• MS Applications
