CareerSmart Learning currently has an eLearning Designer opening in our Brea office.This position is in-office with a flexible schedule that may entail working from home a couple of days out of the week.

CareerSmart Learning, an eLearning education company, is looking for a full-time eLearning Designer to assist in the development of online eLearning courses and other creative projects.

CareerSmart Learning creates high-quality, interactive computer/web based educational courses and training primarily for professionals in the healthcare/medical fields.

The eLearning Designer position is primarily responsible for assisting in the development of visually stimulating and engaging online courses, using various applications including but not limited to: Articulate Storyline 3, Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint and various applications within the Adobe Creative Suite.

Essential Duties:

Interpreting a written storyboard (or script) of academic information, to create an engaging and interactive online courses using various computer applications. Entails working with and editing audio files, video files, images, animation and text. The position will also be required to create original graphic design work for marketing, branding and other purposes.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• General knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)

• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.

• Excellent computer skills and enthusiasm to learn new technology

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline (or other course authoring tool)

Preferred, not Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 3D animation experience

• Game programming experience

• Related education or certification in instructional design

• Familiarity with Google AdWords

• Familiarity with Social Media platforms such as Facebook Familiarity with Word Press

• Familiarity with SEO Concepts

• Videography/photography experience

Pay: $58,300 to $60,300.00 per year
