ISSI Hiring for IMS Systems Programmer Job at Remote Full Time

Respond to Incidents and Service requests for IMS mainframe· Monitor and examine system logs for system performance or error conditions· Troubleshoot failed jobs· Respond to client and/or service account requests·
Review system configurations and performance to optimize resources·
Assist other team members· Plan and submit changes for updates to system software or configurations·
Respond to Problem cases with root cause analysis Specific IMS and Z/OS: Strong Z/OS skills with 1.13 and we plan to upgrade to 2.1Following IMS/DB and IMS/DC skills: ·

We have 3 production IMS regions in a parallel SYSPLEX datasharing on the ESC systems. Tutorial which also runs on the ESC systems (4 total) on the ESC box. In SLC we have 3 Delta regions, sysplex datasharing as well as 2 development IMS’s. So 5 total on the SLC development boxes. We also have a sandbox version for software installation and validation testing on the HE00 LPAR. So all told for both Eagan and SLC, we have 10 IMS regions, all with their own set of databases to support

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
