Isolation Equipment Services Hiring for Receptionist/Administrator at Red Deer County, AB Full Time

Isolation Equipment Services in Red Deer County is currently seeking a highly motivated, full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be a team player as well as possess the following qualities/experience:

· Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role

· Experience in using Microsoft Office Suites

o Outlook for email and calendar

o Effectively use Microsoft Word to type memos and letters

o Proficiently navigate excel (cut, paste, borders, shading, formulas etc…)

· Hands-on experience with office equipment (i.e. fax machine, scanners, and printers)

· Comfortable answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls

· Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately

· Receiving and sorting daily mail and courier deliveries

· Process fuel envelopes

· Maintain rental equipment and create work orders in our in-house program

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Able to prioritize and organize workflow effectively with the ability to multi-task

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Neatness and accuracy a must

· Previous experience in the Oil & Gas sector an asset

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
