POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Corporate Human Resources team, your mission as the Sr. Talent and Development Manager will be to build an empowered and well-rounded workforce. This position will conduct full life cycle recruitment in sourcing the best talent for Island Mountain
Development Group, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion, and succession planning. This role will also be responsible for developing and executing a range of new and existing initiatives, policies, programs, training, and systems that foster a climate of continuing development and education where all can thrive. You will be a culture builder, thought leader, great partner, who will create and articulate an inspiring vision across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage recruitment (post, source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.). Complete hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start. Develop appropriate marketing strategies, define roles and responsibilities of the hiring team, to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.
Improves programs based on this feedback.
Business Partners (by vertical) and the Executive team.
