Island Lake Lodge Hiring for Front Desk (Part Time) at Fernie, BC Full Time

Do you have an outgoing personality and a big smile? You can put these assets to use as a Front Desk Agent at our Lodge, we are hiring for our upcoming Winter season, with the opportunity for continued employment in our summer season. As a Front Desk Agent at Island Lake Lodge, you would be responsible for the day to day operations at our main reception desk, involving check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling reservations for our Hotel, Spa, Restaurant, and Hiking program, and taking care of sales from our small Gift Shop area. You will be the nerve center of our operation, and as such you will know everything.

Qualifications:
Experience in customer service and cash-handling procedures

Moderate to high level of comfort working with computers

Enjoy interacting with clientele and find providing exceptional service important and rewarding.

Prefer a fast-paced environment, where multi-tasking is required

Positive, team-based approach to responsibilities

Applicants must be willing to work evenings, weekend and holiday shifts.
