We are in the process of modernizing our operations and are looking for a motivated and creative team member to help us move forward.

Working under the Operations Manager, the responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Timely delivery/follow up of quotations to our customer
• Excellent Customer Service and Phone Etiquette
• Collecting and maintaining Project documentation
• Managing Customer Requirements
• Issue Purchase Orders
• Ensure Purchased Components have been received and costed correctly
• Maintain and Improve on Estimating Templates and Processes
• Ensure leads and jobs are accurately entered into our Job management software

Desired Qualifications:

• Adept at computer use including MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu or equivalent.
• CAD Skills a plus, however we are willing to train the ideal candidate
• Estimator Certification an asset but not required
• Construction related Post Secondary Education an asset but not required.
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment
• Experience in glass an asset but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
