Island Family Chiropractic Hiring for Front Desk Assistant needed in Hawaii Kai at Honolulu, HI Full Time

Help a group of chiropractors create an uplifting, helpful, and positive experience for all the patients who walk through our doors! We are looking for a go getter with a willingness to go the extra mile. Must be technologically savvy with strong organization skills. Ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure is a must.

Training pay is $15 per hour with incremental $1/hour raises once mastering a set task list up to $17. Additional opportunity for advancement for fully trained front desk assistants is available.

The right person for this job will be available to work in our Hawaii Kai location on:

Saturdays: 7:45-4:30, lunch from 11:30 to 12:30

More hours often available for shift coverage at one of our three locations.

Duties/Responsibilities included but not limited to:

-Greet patients/visitors
-Verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-authorizations
-Answering multi-line phone
-Scheduling patient appointments
-Checking patients in and out
-Collecting payments
– Maintaining/cleaning the waiting room
-Other duties as assigned
