18 Month Fixed term contract
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll be based in our central London office delivering the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience. You’ll be working closely with our established Talent Acquisition team as well as a number of internal stakeholders to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the highest quality candidates.
What will you be doing?
You’ll work closely with hiring managers once a role or project is live to take a detailed brief, reinforce the Talent Acquisition process and manage their expectations in terms of best practices and predicted timelines
You’ll create engaging adverts, search talent pools, speak with our sourcing team to identify top talent and engage the PSL agency partners where needed
You’ll fully qualify shortlisted candidates before sending across to the hiring manager, and will then manage the full process from interviews through to offers
Throughout the process you’ll be updating hiring managers on a regular basis on the status of their roles
You’ll meet with new starters to explain the talent acquisition process, as well as gathering leads and referrals for future roles

What do you need?
Experience of in house recruitment and stakeholder management with proven ability to get roles filled in line with business needs
Prior construction recruitment knowledge is a benefit but not essential
You’ll be personable and enjoy dealing with people, you’ll be someone who finds it easy to build good relationships whilst standing your ground where needed.
Have a consultative approach and work in partnership with the business as a subject matter expert.
