Ise Labs Inc And Subsidiary Hiring for ACCOUNT MANAGER Full Time

Summary: As a Turnkey Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and opportunities for semiconductor packaging and assembly. This position will support the Turnkey team, act as a liaison between customers and technical groups, as well as manage support from multiple factories/suppliers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Follow up on day to day issues such as customer requests for WIP status
• Direct interface between customer and factories (onshore and offshore)
• Create monthly forecast plan based on customer input and factory’s availability of inventory & capacity
• Provide financial support (pricing, invoice review, aged billing, etc.) to Sales and factories
• Plan and manage customer requirements through product life cycle
• General duties as required by management
• Occasional travel to domestic sites required
• Occasional travel to factories in Asia maybe required
• Refer opportunities for the company’s other services to Sales Managers
• Coordinate technical support for customers
• Enter and update information in Sales Force
• Make presentations about the company’s products and services to the customer

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years in experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong understanding of IC assembly and test process in the semiconductor industry
• Demonstrated planning, organizing, and statistical skills
• Understanding of demand process, decisions and schedule, knowledge of forecast plan
• Proficiency in English & Chinese Mandarin preferred

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or 1 year equivalent experience

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

• Requires considerable knowledge of: modern office methods and procedures; modern business English, spelling and arithmetic; the operations of common office machines and equipment.
• Requires considerable ability to: use good judgment in making routine decisions in accordance with existing laws, ordinances, regulations and departmental policies and procedures; establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with departmental personnel and customers.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
