Specialized in juniors, men’s, boy’s, and girl’s clothing, IML’s distribution ranges from specialty stores, department stores, the mass market catering to each one in a unique way to service their needs properly. Based out of NYC with an in-house licensing art team, IML is committed to representing each of their properties with some of the industry’s best artwork along with the latest trends.

Summary

Working one-on-one with our VP of Kids to maintain and improve communication between our company and the vendors.  

Responsibilities

• Vendor item set-up, item maintenance and order entry in AMT portal.
• Prioritize projects with VP and ensure inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
• Print weekly sales reports and ensure accurate information is updated in internal AMT system.
• Liasion with shipping department to make sure delivery is on time and all routing/packing, sorting is done per retailer instruction.
• Follow up with licensing team for approval
• Follow up with production team on deliveries and ensure samples are sent to customer in a timely manner.
• Daily communications with buyers

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills: written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Highly organized
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
• AMT and Product Fly preferred
